We design and manufacture each custom cabinet to fit the needs of each customer. We use the latest 3-D CAD design programs to design the cabinet with real time dimensions and to provide the customer with an accurate drawing for their approval. Once we have the customers approval we transfer design to our state of the art CNC machine that cuts each piece out of the highest quality cabinet grade multi-layer plywood. All our cabinets and drawers use dadoes and rabbits that our CNC machine cuts during the process. Using the CNC machine allows us to build the customer the strongest and most durable cabinet on the market. When the cabinet is assembled we use a polyurethane glue which creates a permanent bond, and we also use screws and staples. Our standard equipment mounting surface is black HDPE with an OEM textured surface. Our cabinets can be finished with a number of materials, high grade marine grade carpet, high grade laminate, or TOUGHcoat which is a sprayed on acrylic/urethane based coating that stands up to extreme conditions and is our recommended finish material. Unlike carpeting and or laminate, our process seals the entire cabinet against water infiltration & odor absorption while still allowing for easy clean up. We recommend TOUGHcoat because we have found that it is the only product that can stand up to the extreme conditions today's emergency vehicles are put through.
